Production and Shipping Time:

Production and shippimg time can take 1-4 business days once order is submitted, excluding holidays. The average time is 1 1/2 business days with the exception of holiday sales. I strongly urge you to shop well ahead of time around the holidays.

Delivery:

Orders from printers in the Continental U.S. 4-7 business days. Express shipping is available. Orders from overseas printers can take up to 3 weeks but the average time has been 12 business days.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

Accepted up to 30 days after delivery as outlined in and per the terms and conditions.
